Job Description

PT Jindi Material Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Staff to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and supporting business growth in the heavy equipment and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
  • Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to provide the best solutions for customers.
  • Represent the company during customer visits, exhibitions, and business events.
  • Achieve marketing targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Experience in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sector will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a high willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Office applications (Canva, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel for customer visits and business activities.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, will be an advantage.
